GIFT CARD SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT - We are offering gift cards
from $30 up to $1000 for a limited time. You will find these gift card offers on
individual products. We will post more detailed information soon.
AcousticSoundDesign.com will occasionally offer special Gift Cards when certain
item(s) are purchased. These "Gift Cards" usually consist of an
alphanumeric code. Please note the following terms, as they apply to any Gift
Cards we offer, unless otherwise noted.

The Gift Card can only be used by the person to which is was issued.

No gift card will be issued on a purchase using a gift card. If you have
any questions regarding this, please call.

You must buy the item at full price to receive your Gift Card (which will
be issued within 30 days). No Gift Card will be issued if there is ANY
discount used to buy the item. An example being the Bing Discount,
previously issued Gift Card, or any other type of discount.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

We can modify these terms at any time. Any Gift Card offered before the
date of modification will immediately adhere to the updated terms.

We have complete discretion to cancel any Gift Card given, for any reason
we choose. Specifically - these Gift Cards are used as a reward to our
customers, and as an enticement (after all, we want as much of your business
as possible). We are offering these Gift Cards in good faith, and expect our
customers to understand that. So if it turns out that there is a weakness in
our Gift Card system that did not occur to us, a "technicality" if
you will, we will simply cancel the rebate, and we're sure you'll understand
why.

PLEASE NOTE! - When using a Gift Card, it cannot be combined with any
other promotion or discount - this includes other Gift Cards, i.e. you
cannot combine Gift Cards. Specifically, only ONE discount per order can be
used, no matter the type.

We reserve the right to alter our discount policy at any time.

It's this easy. You now have the ability to submit your best
offer for products from select product lines we carry as
authorized dealers. You can now submit your best offer on the following
lines:
When you view the main product choose the "detailed
view" (the page where you can add the product to your shopping
cart), there will be a large graphic/box that says, "Make Your Best
Offer". Click on the image. Then enter the price you are willing to
pay for that item. Soon after, we will respond, either accepting or
declining your offer. It's really that simple.

Returns & Repairs:
We will accept returned items due to Manufacturing defect or shipping damage only. The original
manufacturers box must not be defaced or altered in anyway and must be kept throughout the manufacturers warranty
period. We will not accept returned items without the original box the unit was shipped in. Please call for your
return authorization number. All items returning to us without this number will be refused.
If for any reason the product you purchased from us becomes defective after
30 days, ship the unit back to us. We will get it repaired for you at our store by an authorized service center at no
charge to you. After it is repaired we will ship it back to you. You pay shipping to us, we pay shipping back to you.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax applies to Nevada residents only at 7.25%. Any other state you DO NOT pay sales tax.
Shipping:
Shipping charges include UPS ground & insurance rates. In most cases we double box the
merchandise so it does not get damaged in transit. If any damage is noticed when you receive the package -
do not accept it. UPS will return the damaged item back to us. We will reship another unit out at no
charge. Please allow 7 to 10 working days to receive your order.
If you sign and accept the package and notice after UPS has left that the merchandise is damaged, call UPS at
800-PICK-UPS to notify them. They will have an inspector come out to you to inspect the damaged item. Once this
is completed and the item is picked up by UPS, we will ship out another to you.
We Require A Signature On All Shipped Items being Delivered To You By UPS.
Returning Items For A Refund:
We have a 15% restocking fee for any order that is returned UN-OPENED and still factory sealed.
We only will honor this for the first 10 days - after that it is exchanged for like product only. Missing accessories
will result in a charge for the actual replacement cost of the missing items. All warranty cards must be left blank.
The original manufacturers box must not be defaced or altered in anyway and must be kept throughout the manufacturer's
warranty period. We will not accept returned items without the original box the unit was shipped in. Merchandise
initially returned as defective, which is not actually defective, will incur a minimum 15% restocking fee. Merchandise
initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned double boxed.
Special Order Items:
Any product that has to be ordered for a customer that is not an "in-stock" item is
considered special order. We will notify you by phone or email on the time frame to get the goods for you. When you
agree to this, it is considered a contract. We will charge your credit card 50% of the total sale up front to order
the goods. The remaining balance will be charged to you after the item(s) are shipped. If for any reason you decide
to cancel the order during the ordering process, we will charge you a 15% cancellation fee. This 15%
will reflect on the full purchase price of the special order item. Any questions please call us before placing your order.
About Us & What We Sell:
Every item listed on our site is brand new "A" stock. We do not sell used or "B"
stock items on this site. You are purchasing brand new USA product.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Money Order, Person Check or Wire Transfer for all on line orders. Our on line order form and shopping cart program is 100% secure.
Rest assured your credit card information is not sent over the internet. It stays on our local secure server and is reset
automatically after the order is processed. We do not give telephone numbers or addresses out to any one - they are for
shipping and credit card verification only. All information given to Acousticsounddesign is confidential and will never be
given to solicitors.
Price Matching Policy:
a. The company we are price matching against must be registered with the Better Business Bureau and have
a satisfactory record on file.
b. They must have a store front - not just a mail order company that buys its products third hand and
does not back the factory warranty.
c. They must back the full manufacturers warranty through their store as well as giving the
manufacturers warranty for each item purchased.
d. The item must be brand new, factory sealed USA product.
e. The item you are looking at must be an in stock item and the price must be listed on the internet.
f. They must be receiving positive reviews on independent survey sites from their own past customers.
Anybody could put up a lower price on the net - what you should be aware of is:
If you have a problem with the unit - are you going to get the unit services or replaced at no charge to you? Acousticsounddesign
backs all the units they sell as long as the manufacturer warranty is in force.
Sure there are lower prices out there - but to spend sometimes $1000.00 or more and get stuck with a defective unit 6 months
down the line - and can not get it repaired from these so called internet sites is not worth it. If it is a legitimate
